SquirrelsWhile walking home from the bus stop one day after school, I heard the most peculiar sound coming from a tree in someone’s front lawn, that stood towering over me. I looked up expecting to see some sort of bird, but instead, saw nothing but a rustle of the leaves. I did not intend on moving, I was content on standing for as long as I had to see what had made the noise that had caught my attention. While I stared transfixed at the tree, a small squirrel made its way out of a clump of leaves that was shielding it from my view. All the time it was chirping loudly, in a way I had never heard before.&nbsSquirrels
